The rope used on the Raven Lead is one of the best climbing ropes out there. We source it from a specialist manufacturer in Germany and it’s tested by the UIAA (That’s the international climbing and mountaineering federation for us English speakers) to guarantee the highest of quality. We (and many climbers) trust it with our lives – Sure, it’s over-engineered for our furry friends, but safety was always our first priority.
Using specialist equipment, our UK based production team cut it into lengths; secure each end with the strongest of climbing knots (capable of taking the weight of a person on a rock face) and if that wasn’t enough, we then ensure it’s held in place by moulding tubing to the ends of each knot.
Once complete, the product (each and every single one) is tested by our very own QA team to ensure you receive a safe product that’s going to last a lifetime (we’re so confident in our products that we back them by our lifetime guarantee).
If your climbing rope lead gets dirty, use warm water and a cloth to wash and then hang to dry. Be sure not to submerge the tubing.
If you intend on using products to wash the Raven Lead, our recommendation is that you use your dog’s regular use shampoo, as you know it is safe and not harmful to their skin.
To help keep your product in top condition we recommend ensuring any dirt is cleaned regularly.
Hand wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron.
All of our products are rigorously tested by our human and doggy team and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
