Definitions and Notification of Changes

By using the Inyourdoghousegifts.com website [“In Your Dog House”] and all sub-domains, which are a service of Elaine Brown Projects Ltd., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions [the Terms of Use” or “The Agreement”]. In Your Dog House is a trading name, which is owned by Elaine Brown Projects Ltd.

In Your Dog House may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by In Your Dog House. Your continued use of Inyourdoghousegifts.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

All phone calls to In Your Dog House Gifts must be made between GMT 0900 – 1700 hours, Monday – Friday. Answer Phone is available after hours.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we endeavour to provide you with the item requested, occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order due to unavailability of certain items. In this case, you will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the choice to wait for more stock to become available, cancel the order or order a different item.

CANCELLATION

In Your Dog House Gifts is the trading name of Elaine Brown Projects Limited. If after Elaine Brown Projects Limited has accepted an order from you and you wish to cancel the order, you may do so by communicating that wish to us as soon as possible. In the event that the goods have already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns Policy below.

RETURNS

Unwanted or defective items may be returned or exchanged providing they are received within 7 working days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging (including labels and care cards).  You will need to complete the Return Form, which can be found at the bottom of the homepage beneath customer information.

Please ensure your goods are returned to the seller you purchased from. Their return address will be displayed on their delivery note, which is included with your item(s). This must be accompanied by a note stating your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, order number, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. In the case of unwanted items, you will only receive the value of the items purchased, not the delivery costs.

If you are returning multiple goods from multiple sellers please use our Return Form and read our Returns Policy which is provided at the bottom of the homepage.  Multiple goods should be returned to In Your Dog House Gifts, 3 Napier Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 6RT UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Subject to the above conditions, we will process your request for a replacement item or refund at the earliest opportunity after we receive your goods. We will notify you via email as soon as your request has been processed.

Unless the goods are defective, you will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. In the case of defective goods, you will receive a full refund including postage and packaging costs. Please note that proof of postage may be required should an item be lost in transit. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges until such proof is provided.

Refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the accepted request.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, the difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

We make every effort to ensure that the images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions due to changes in packaging and/or availability. Please also note that, as cotton is a natural fabric products may vary will slightly from the others in printing. We therefore cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.

TERMINATION

Elaine Brown Projects Limited reserves the right to abort access to our internet services if your behaviour is found to be discordant with these terms and conditions at any time.
